How beginner's mindset beat the professionals
Your enemy is your mannerisms, not your opponent
For the last 10 years, I always kept a beginner's mindset for myself to obtain clear and non-biased viewpoints on every aspect of knowledge that I have learned. I always think like a beginner even on sectors that I have been working on for a longer period. If I think I am professional in some area, I will put myself on mannerisms and not try to think out of the box. This will kill my growth. This is the reason why I try to think of myself as a "Beginner". This is the key factor that I have grown exponentially in the last 10 years. Even now, I would not represent myself as a professional. Rather than that, I forcefully put myself into "Beginner's territory" and also I have an attitude that I am willing to learn from small kids if they have creative ideas and methods. To grow exponentially, you need "Beginner's mindset" in your core of heart and brain. Without it, you will fall into a puddle of the mannerism like a tarpit. I will put myself into the beginner's mindset to grow more and more.
