You could fire CEO or any others but never fire the talent as people
Here is a small thought after I read the news about the OpenAI CEO getting fired. This is just a deeply personal thought. You might have different sides with mine.
Got fired from the company that I founded
I got fired almost 9-10 years ago from a startup that I co-founded with two other co-founders. Whatever reason they have...I finally got fired. I still remember that it was a harsh feeling in my mind. Since that event, my life has been up and running like a small broken car driven off-road. But that is not all. For 9-10 years, I did lots of experiments for myself and learned anything that looked stunning on my eyes, ears, and brain. This became a dramatic turning point in my life. Before 9-10 years, I couldn't imagine the current version of me. So I have a thankful attitude in every moment that I have. At that time, I thought that was the end but not the end...but the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I started to have own priceless knowledge, insight and capabilities to build interesting ideas, while I was gone through a dark tunnel of my life
Anyone can get fired. Even the CEO of the company BUT...
You could fire anyone on the board member or CEO of a company by following legal procedures, which is filed on company's documents. BUT NEVER FIRE THE TALENT. Because you lost the opportunities for your company to be able to grow exponentially with those talents. They might have high potential capabilities to raise your company to a super successful position. Once you lose talent people, you will lose everything that you can have for your company. With my past experience, I don't take that event as personal and that choice was made by the CEO of the company that I co-founded together. I need to follow the rules that we made together when we co-founded the company. The most important thing is that wasn't the end of the event for me. The key thing is ... I transformed that event that made harsh feelings into a new turning point in my life. Finally, I exponentially have grown up.
This is a my deep learning from my last 10 years. Company never be successful without the growth of members in the company. You should have growing mindset Period!
